Since 1996 our homes have been built by our sister company Sunvest Homes, Inc. Robert Lazarus is President of Sunvest as well as Lazarus Development Group.  Sunvest only  builds our amazing homes. This lower volume of new homes allows a focus on quality of construction in everything that we build. Our homes are not only built solid but also are energy efficient and include upgrades throughout as standard features.

We design each home for the lot and each one is a one of a kind custom home.  We combine the floor plans that work for families every day lives with the latest designs done at a high level of finish. All interior design work is done by Jan Lazarus who has been creating amazing interiors for almost 20 years. These homes are all something that our homeowners are very proud to show to their family and friends.
